Strength in Numbers

We utilize this power base to bring YOU, our members, more value. Membership proceeds from The Alliance are used to benefit people with special needs through programs and initiatives on local and national levels.

Our 4 Key Goals

  1. To provide an information resource second to none (web portal and hand deliverables).

  2. To provide our members with the goods and services they use on a daily basis at the best possible price (including product research and membership benefits).

  3. To provide an outlet for usable items targeted towards the special needs community (ala "Ebay of Disabilities").

  4. We are a non-profit organization. Money after expenses will go back into the special needs community in the form of grants, scholarships, funding and doing good in general.

One more email from me for the Wounded Troops

The young men and women who are at Walter Reed have given a lot. Now it is our turn to help them.

Subject: Support the Wounded

Yellow ribbons tied around trees and red, white and blue stickers on the backs SUVs saying "Support our Troops" are things that make civilians feel good but do nothing for the men and women actually in uniform.

So please consider the following:

The number ONE request at Walter Reed hospital is phone cards. The government doesn't pay long distance phone charges and these wounded soldiers are rationing
their calls home.

Really support our troops --Send phone cards of any amount to:

Medical Family Assistance Center
Walter Reed Medical Center
6900 Georgia Avenue, NW
Washington, DC 20307-5001

They say they need an "endless" supply of these -- any amount  - even $5 - is greatly appreciated.

Wal-Mart has good prices on AT&T cards, Sam's Club is even better, if you are a member.

Please pass this portion on, copy and paste it into your e-mail, and send to everyone you know.

NOTE: ANYONE can also buy phone cards through the PX on line by going to this web address: (They will even mail them to a specific Soldier if you have their address)
